REFUND POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:

Please choose carefully. No refunds for change of mind, if you find the product cheaper elsewhere or you purchased a damaged item and were made aware of the damage/fault prior to purchase.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS:

A refund or replacement will be available under the following conditions:

  • The item does not match the sample or description
  • The item is not fit for purpose
  • The item is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing fault
  • You can provide your proof of purchase

Returning of items to the seller is the sellers’ responsibility if the item is faulty or has major damage and evidence of such is provided by the purchaser.

A refund will be provided in the same form as your original payment.
